www.JobsXT.com website (“Website”) is an Internet based Job portal, the services are made available through the site and the content (the ‘Products’) are owned, operated and maintained, as applicable, by JobsXT.com (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’, or the ‘Company’). We provide the service to both Jobseekers and employers where Jobseeker search and apply the job and employer post the job. We are providing these service to only our registered Jobseekers/Employers. Jobseeker will create the profile by using their valid information to apply the job, Employer post their job and skilled Jobseekers apply the job.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Pakistan. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Password and Security
JobsXT.com requires You to register as a Jobseeker by creating an Account in order to avail of the Services provided by our Website. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. Please do not share your Jobseeker’s name and password to any one. If you found any unauthorized use of Your Account Information or any other breach of security, then immediately notify to us and ensure that You exit from Your Account at the end of each session. JobsXT.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with this Section. The Website also allows restricted access to the Services for unregistered Jobseekers. You shall ensure that the account Information provided by You in the Website’s registration form is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Use of another Jobseeker’s Account Information for availing the Services is expressly prohibited.
JobsXT.com currently not charging any types of fees like Membership Fee, Services Fees, job Fee, Dispute Fee, apply Fees, Exam fees, Transaction Fees, Maintenance Fees. We are not charging the job posting or withdrawal fees. After Jobseeker/Jobseeker apply the job Jobseeker/Jobseeker and client/contractor should discuss about their fees or payments without our interference. We (JobsXT.com) are providing only services to you, so further timming no need to pay anything to us (JobsXT.com).
Payment Methods and Taxes
As we are not charging any types of fees, So we don’t have any payment options in our website. As per our previous term and conditions (Fees), hence You (Jobseeker) need to discuss with Employeer directly in regards of your fees, taxes and payment methods. We are not responsible for any kind of payment related issues.
Account and Service Cancellations
If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, JobsXT has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, JobsXT has the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website (or any portion thereof).If you post any offensive contents, photos or videos, Hence your account will subject to terminated without any written or verbal communication. As per Employeers requirements they may terminate or withdraw their job at any time, It will effective immediately upon written notice. After deletion or termination of account, account owner can not access any types of data, profiles, files messages or any other data you have stored in our web sites.

JobsXT.com is protected by copyright and trademark laws, this site, including text, graphics, related rights, utility models, patents, trade names, service marks, trademarks, designs ,databases, content code and/or software, icons, and hyperlinks is copyrighted and belongs to JobsXT. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior consent of JobsXT. You acknowledge and agree that You shall not display, copy, post, translate, republish, transmit, reproduce or distribute any Content through any medium without obtaining the necessary authorization.
